If you watch it on the Lifetime website with Firefox that has AdBlock enabled (or Safari with its ad-blocker), you don’t even have to watch the short ads at the beginning of each segment. At least, not on my version. Good luck!

I have been wanting to see this series (and not wanting to for the same reasons you mention above). I am rereading the Vicki Nelson series now, and then I’ll take the plunge. Sounds pretty good – and your review has given me some realistic expectations. Thanks!
